Coming North on the 405 Fwy:
Exit Warner/Magnolia and follow Warner towards the Beach (West).
After about 4 miles, turn left on Springdale and then turn right immediately after the Mobile Gas Station.

Coming South on the 405 Fwy:
You can also exit at Warner, but an easier route is:
Exit Springdale and turn right.
After about 2-1/2 miles, just past Warner Avenue , turn right immediately after the Mobile Gas Station.
